AAEON has built up its corporate Quality Assurance System by pursuing quality excellence through TL-9000 (ISO-9001:2000) and ISO-14001 certification. This quality management system has been deployed into a solid and constant closed-loop feedback system through design, manufacturing and service stages in order to ensure continuous progress on quality improvement to meet our customer's expectations. Our quality manual illustrates the overall operational guide in detail. Furthermore, with the Closed Loop Feedback System divided into 3 major operational stages: Design Quality Assurance (DQA), Manufacturing Quality Assurance (MQA), and Service Quality Assurance (SQA); AAEON will continue to monitor annual KPI(Key Process Index) in major processes with periodic review meetings.

DQA - Design Quality Assurance starts at the conceptual stage of a project and covers the product development stage to ensure quality is designed-in by quality engineers for reliability. All AAEON products must pass safety and environmental testing by a laboratory to ensure the product meets the requirements of CE/UL/FCC/CCC standards. Moreover, it also is required to go through an extensive and comprehensive test plan for compatibility, function, performance and usability. Therefore, our customers can always expect to receive well-designed and high quality products.

MQA - Manufacturing Quality Assurance is carried out from material incoming, product manufacturing, functionality testing, packing, and shipment. All AAEON products are built using production and quality testing equipment in a static-free environment. Additionally, these products have gone through rigorous tests in the production line, and dynamic aging in the burn-in room. AAEON's Quality Control program includes: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC). Periodic training, auditing and facility calibration are strictly implemented to make sure all quality standards are followed to the letter. QC constantly feeds quality-related issues to R&D and QE/Laboratory for improving product performance and compatibility.

SQA - Service Quality Assurance includes technical support and product repair service. These are important windows to service AAEON's customer's needs, receive customer's feedback, and act with R&D and manufacturing to strengthen AAEON's response time in resolving customer problems and improving service.
- Technical Support -- The backbone of customer technical support is a team of well-trained Application Engineers and shared KM (Knowledge Management) in database format to provide customers with real-time technical support. Their knowledge ranges from hardware/BIOS/device drivers all the way into the realm of embedded operating systems.
- Repair Service -- With sophisticated RMA processes in place plus a self-designed global eRMA system (http://rma.aaeon.com.tw) for receiving, repairing, and shipping stages, AAEON's RMA team is able to ensure quick product repairs and replacement service, with short turnaround time.
AAEON acquired many official certifications to maintain our quality system.
- ISO 9001: 2000 QMS Standards, since 1994 July.
- TL 9000: R3.0 QMS Standards, since 2002 December.
- ISO 14001: 2004 EMS Standards, since 1997 December. (Environment Policy -- English Version)
- 3C: China Compulsory Certification, since 2004 January.
- CE and FCC: All AAEON products have received CE and FCC Certification to prove our quality assurance.
