I am pleased to announce that Dr. I.J. Lee will become AAEON's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective Oct. 27th, 2004.

I.J. comes to AAEON with a very rich background and experience. I.J. received his Master in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University. He then earned his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. I.J. is a leading figure in Taiwan's information industry and one of the most distinguished executives in the PC field. He has an unique experience of all facets of the industry, including design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and management.

He has served with many of the leading information industry corporations, including Philip Corp, Twinhead, Mitac, Advantech and Senao.

Under IJ's leadership, we expect AAEON centralized business infrastructure to become world class in Operational Excellence, drive significant growth in the worldwide business and together with his colleagues, bring AAEON to the next wave of significant growth. I firmly believe AAEON is heading toward a brilliant future !
