The AAEON AIOT-X1000 board is powered by Intel’s Quark X1000 Series SoC’s to drive cost down while delivering substantial performance for interconnectivity between the broad array of devices in an IoT environment. The requirement for bringing all of these devices together also calls for rich I/O expansion, which is supported by LAN, USB, and RS-232/422/485 ports for wired connections and 2G/3G/4G, Bluetooth, Wifi, ZigBee and GPS when wires are less of a convenience.
