AAEON AIOT-X1000は、インテル® Quark™ SoC X1000シリーズをサポートするゲートウェイプラットフォームです。このSoC（System-on-a-Chip）の心臓部であるプロセッサコアは、32ビット・シングルコア・シングルスレッド、インテル® Pentium®命令セットアーキテクチャー（ISA）互換、動作周波数最大400 MHzのCPUです。このSoCは、DDR3、Mini-PCIe、イーサネット、USBデバイス、USBホスト、SD、UART、I2C、PIO、SPI、JTAG、IDE、およびWinRiver Linuxをサポートします。また、このAIOT-X1000は、CAN-Bus、PAN（Wi-Fi、Bluetooth、ZigBee、RFID）、LAN（イーサネット、Wi-Fi）、およびWAN（2G/3G/LTE）もサポート可能。AIOT-X1000の開発には、インテル® のモノのインターネット（IoT）向けゲートウェイ・ソリューション開発キットDK100や、インテル® IoT向けゲートウェイ・ソリューション生産キットPK100シリーズを利用できます。
