研扬科技的AIOT-X1000是一款支持英特尔® Quark™ X1000系列系统芯片的网关平台。该系统芯片的核心是一个32位,单核、单线程、兼容英特尔®奔腾®指令集架构（ISA）、最高频率400 MHz的CPU。同时这款系统芯片还提供了针对DDR3、Mini-PCIe、以太网、USB设备、USB主机、SD、UART、I2C、PIO、SPI、JTAG、IDE和WinRiver Linux的支持。AIOT-X1000支持CAN总线、PAN（Wi-Fi、蓝牙、ZigBee、RFID）、LAN（以太网、Wi-Fi）以及WAN（2G/3G/LTE）。AIOT-X1000上的开发工作可以得到英特尔®物联网（IoT）网关解决方案开发工具包DK100以及英特尔®物联网网关解决方案生产工具包PK100系列的支持。
