    研扬的AEC-6967是一款支持宽温操作的高级无风扇嵌入式控制器，采用 Intel Core i7/i5/i3/Celeron® 处理器和 Intel QM67 芯片组，提供最佳性能和丰富的I/O接口。AEC-6967可在摄氏-20度到65度的环境下操作(无风流的环境且搭载 Intel® Core™ i7-2610UE 处理器)，同时采用无线材设计来进行外部连接，提供可靠的信号传输及更好的抗振功能。另外，AEC-6967还具备静电隔离保护装置和2个扩展槽可插扩展卡来进行系统扩展。这些丰富的功能使AEC-6967非常适用于对功能要求强大且恶劣的环境下使用，例如工业自动化、户外实验室、发电厂及大楼自动化等应用。

    AEC-6967支持2组DDR3 1066/1333/1600 MHz SODIMM插槽内存，最大可达16GB。在显示方面，它支持两个全高清独立显示，也可依照需求选择VGA、DVI、HDMI和24位双通道LVDS。此外，具有2个SATA 6.0Gb / s和2个SATA 3.0Gb / s，支持RAID 0,1,5,10以及用于存储的CFast™插槽，4个USB2.0,2个千兆位LAN端口，2个RS-232端口后部和2个串行端口（可扩展至6个），前端采用2.5KV隔离。至于扩展，AEC-6967提供了多达2个PCIe x 4或2个PCI，2个迷你卡插槽和1个SIM卡插槽的充足选择。另外，具有2.5KV隔离保护功能的8位可编程数字I / O，9〜30V电源输入的宽幅DC-in输入以及电压保护功能，使得AEC-6967适合在电源不稳定的极端环境中工作。。
