EMB-A50M是搭载了AMD Fusion处理器和AMD Hudson芯片组的全新Mini-ITX板型产品。用户可以选择采用AMD T56N双核处理器或AMD T44R单核处理器。该主板的两个SODIMM插槽可以支持最多8GB的DDR3内存。板上的5个SATA 6.0 Gb/s接口可以轻松满足数据和操作系统的存储需要，同时它还配备了用于进行功能扩展的半尺寸Mini-PCIe接口和PCI-E（x4）插槽。用户可以使用线性输入、麦克风输入和线性输出端口进行5.1通道高清音频的传输。为了连接其他系统和设备，主板上还提供了2个千兆以太网接口、3个RS-232端口、1个RS-232/422/485端口、2个USB 3.0端口、10个USB 2.0端口和1个8位数字I/O接口。
