    FWS-8500，一款高性能企业级网安设备。

    FWS-8500采用两颗Intel® Xeon®处理器E5-2600 V3（代号为Haswell-EP）和Intel® 8925芯片组（代号为Coleto Creek），其具有增强的硬件性能，将广域网优化、入侵检测/防护、网络访问控制、负载均衡、网络内容过滤、统一威胁管理和下一代防火墙集成到便捷的系统中，并提供多种功能，使用户无需投资购买单个设备。

    该设备可部署在具有2U尺寸的服务器机房中。它还可与多达8个研扬科技的网络接口模块（NIM）配合使用，以实现扩展功能。这些模块可与铜缆和光纤连接一起使用，在特定型号上最多可提供8个端口。与设备的单个以太网端口相结合，使FWS-8500能够提供总共65个端口。
