GENE-9310 single board computer for embedded systems measures 146 mm x 101.6 mm and features one DDR SODIMM that supports DDRII 400/533/667 up to 2GB. The VGA/ LCD controller is integrated in the Mobile Intel 945GM Express chipset which supports dual view/simultaneous display with variable configurations of CRT/LCD, LCD/TV, CRT/TV, CRT/DVI, or LCD/DVI. (DVI port is on expansion card). As a controller, this SBC supports up to 36-bit dual channel LVDS TFT panel, DVI LCD panel and additional 48-bit Dual Channel LVDS LCD through expansion card for crisp clear imaging capabilities. In addition, GENE-9310’s flexibly offers two COM ports through one D-sub connector and the other as an internal pin-header. Furthermore, through its expansion interface, customers can get four additional COM ports. Concerning the USB ports, GENE-9310 SBC features a total of five USB 2.0 ports. Two are standard ports, and two are internal pin headers with the last one extended from the extension card.
