At 146mm x 101.6mm, the GENE-CV05 is a fanless 3.5" embedded board with widely acclaimed Intel Atom D2550/N2800/N2600 processor and Intel NM10 chipset for space constrained applications. Coming in at around 10 watts of power using the N2000 series, GENE-CV05 is an eco-friendly embedded board for conscientious businesses. When equipped with the D2550/N2800 processors, the GENE-CV05 SBC supports up to 4GB in a DDR3 SODIMM, while the N2600 processor can support a DDR3 SODIMM with a maximum of 2 GB of memory. The GENE-CV05 single board computer has a CFast™ interface and one SATA 2.0 port for operating system and Storage, along with two Gigabit LAN ports for efficient network connectivity. Multiple I/O ports, including six COM ports, six USB2.0 ports, 8-bit Digital I/O, and one PCI Express Mini Card with a SIM slot enables the GENE-CV05 to satisfy the needs of a wide variety of markets and applications.
AAEON's GENE-CV05 SBC has dual LVDS interfaces and DVI that can work simultaneously with one of the LVDS interfaces for graphics support, along with added display capabilities for full HD application. As the first generation of Atom processors to have integrated HDMI/DVI for high graphics performance and HD decoder, the Intel Atom processor N2000 and D2000 series exhibit 4x the graphics performance compared to the previous generation. Combine this with the onboard Resistive Touch screen interface, and the GENE-CV05 is the ideal solution for Digital Signage, Gaming, Industrial Automation and Medical vertical markets.

- How to make the mini PCIe function to mSATA ?
The BIOS can detect the mSATA device after re-work SOP and don’t need to adjust anything in the BIOS menu.
