    AAEON's OMNI-5000 series offers a multitude of solutions tailored for product lifecycle management in smart factories, with a newly enhanced thermal management system and a robust aluminum casing which prevents acid corrosion, water infiltration and panel abrasion. The new design offers foolproof voltage protection, and a personable and nimble Panel Mount Bracket that is easier to install than ever before. It features full I/O port support and an IP65 Front Bezel Design, and comes in 3 flat LCD sizes, ranging from 12.1", 15" to 21.5”. With its failsafe design, it is ideal for all kinds of smart industrial manufacturing lines, from AIO Equipment HMI and quality management to integrated factory automation, manufacturing execution systems and data-driven service management.

    Unlike former designs, the OMNI-5000 series features a rugged Aluminum Chassis, extending product longevity, stability and reliability. With its unique All-In-One back cover and a state-of-art heatsink, air flow circulation is pre-empted and maximized to the fullest. It supports web-based HMI and SCADA systems, and with the power input capped at 9~30V DC, the AAEON OMNI-5000 ensures the effective mitigation of potential safety hazards, providing the ultimate choice for a non-hazardous smart factory environment.
