The RTC-1000D is a 10.2"" Rugged Tablet which is equipped with 1GB DDR2 memory (upgradable to 2GB) and a built in Intel® GMA950 graphics core. The 80 GB SATA Hard Disk is essential, but can be changed to high capacity or SSD For expansion, the RTC-1000D has one PCMCIA or Smart Card slot, two Mini Card slots (Internal) and one CompactFlash™ slot.. For more communication options, the RTC-1000D has many I/O ports, such as one COM port, two USB 2.0, one Mini USB, one VGA, one Docking port and two Audio in/out jacks for microphones/earphones.

Why can't I charge my RTC product by USB port?
Dear customer, All of AAEON RTC products do not support charging from USB port. It can only charge from your AC/DC power adapter. Thank you.
RTC device cannot boot up via USB?
All of RTC devices cannot charge or boot up by USB. Please use the power adapter to charge or boot your RTC devices. USB ports of RTC are all used just for data transmission.
