(Taipei, Taiwan – December 2, 2022) AAEON, a leading company in embedded computing, held its annual Family Day celebration on November 5, 2022. The event is held every year to show appreciation to the company’s employees and their families, with various activities and celebrations taking place to encapsulate AAEON’s spirit of inclusivity and cohesion.

With this year marking the company’s 30th anniversary however, AAEON went one step further, spreading its community spirit to good causes across Taiwan as part of the ‘AAEON 30 Challenge’. During the month of July, colleagues at AAEON offices worldwide took part in a challenge to run or walk 30 kilometers, with AAEON sponsoring participants with the goal of raising money for causes close to the heart.

During the Family Day celebrations, representatives of the eight charities sponsored as part of the AAEON 30 Challenge were invited to the stage and each presented with a donation of NT$120,000 by AAEON’s founder and Chairman Y.S. Chuang, Vice Chairman I.J. Lee, and CEO Howard Lin. The chosen organizations are dedicated to improving the lives of those in need.
