The GCS-1100i Green Communication Server utilizes the Intel Atom N270 processor with a 240-pin DDR2 400/533/667 SODIMM system memory (up to 2 GB). It also features the Intel 945GSE+ICH7M chipset for higher performance and stable processing ability. The GCS-1100i is equipped with four Gigabit Ethernet connectors to offer fast network communications on the rear panel and versatile I/O interfaces such as four USB 2.0 ports, one VGA port, one DVI port, and one 8-bit programmable Digital I/O.
In further practicing eco-friendly innovations, the Green Energy System Series utilizes low power consumption processors and chipset, green manufacturing, and environmentally-friendly packing materials. The GCS-1100i offers one internal 2.5"" Hard Disk Drive bay with SATA 2 interface and one optional Type 2 CompactFlash for ample storage.
