GENE-CV05W2 is a Wide Temp fanless 3.5" embedded board with Intel® Atom™ N2600 processor and Intel® NM10 chipset for space constrained applications. Coming in at around 10 watts of power using the N2000 series, GENE-CV05W2 is a new eco-friendly embedded board. When equipped with the N2600 processor, the board can support a DDR3 SODIMM with a maximum of 2 GB of memory. GENE-CV05W2 has a CFast™ interface and one SATA 2.0 port for operating system and storage, along with two Gigabit LAN ports for optimum network connectivity. Multiple I/O ports, including six COM ports, six USB2.0 ports, 8-bit Digital I/O, and one PCI Express Mini Card with a SIM slot enables the GENE-CV05W2 to meet the demands of a wide variety of markets and applications.
AAEON's GENE-CV05W2 has dual LVDS interfaces and DVI that can work simultaneously with one of the LVDS interfaces for graphics support, along with added display capabilities for full HD application. As the first generation of Atom™ processors to have integrated HDMI/DVI for high graphics performance and HD decoder, the Intel® Atom™ - processor N2000 series exhibit 4x the graphics performance compared to the previous generation. Couple this with the onboard Resistive Touchscreen interface, and the GENE-CV05W2 is the perfect solution for Digital Signage, Gaming, Industrial Automation and Medical vertical markets.
