AIS-E1支持第2代Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 處理器，並搭載Intel® QM67 芯片組，支持2組204-pin雙通道 DDR3 106/1333/1600 MHz SODIMM 內存，最高可達16GB。擁有豐富的I/O接口，包括6個 USB2.0、VGA、DVI 及 HDMI 等顯示接口雙顯，更可達到高畫質Full HD雙顯。同時配置兩個千兆以太網、1個 COM(可擴展至6個)、3個音頻插孔、2個鍵盤/鼠標插孔。通過這些豐富的I/O接口，可讓AIS-E1提供多種用途的快速連接。
此外，AIS-E1提供4個4個2.5"HDD/SSD，同時支持 RAID 0/1/5/10功能，加上1個板載 CFAST SSD 和1個超薄光驅插槽可供使用。此外，通過1個 PCIe mini-Card 插槽尚可支持無線網絡或是藍牙等運用。這款桌上型AIS-E1採用12V DC電源，整機尺寸僅315mm x 70mm x 300mm，滿足需要功能強大且多樣的自動化應用。
