ACP-1103是一款搭載Intel®Atom™ N2600處理器的多點觸控式工業平板電腦。它採用基於PC的系統並配有10.1”真彩TFT LCD顯示螢幕和多媒體功能，是構建功能全面的生活計算應用的最佳平台。
ACP-1103在超薄時尚的外觀設計內整合了一台功能強大的電腦所具備的全部功能。它採用250 nit亮度、1280 x 800分辨率的TFT顯示屏，支持兩點式多點觸控（Window 7：兩點，Win XP：單點，嵌入版Windows：單點）並採用易於清潔的純平設計。此外它的前框符合IP65/NEMA4等級，可以提供輔助防水保護。另外，ACP-1103還配有7H硬度的防划表面，可以避免意外損傷。
ACP-1103在存儲方面支持1個mSATA硬盤驅動器，另外可以通過USB接口連接WiFi模塊以提供可選的無線功能。此外，這款設備還配有1個RS-232和2個RS-232/422/485的RJ-45接口、4個USB2.0端口以及1個Mini HDMI接口，可用於各種多用途應用。
