強固耐用的RTC-1010平板電腦採用LCD防黏投射電容式多點觸控螢幕。它的工作溫度範圍為-20°C至50°C，符合IP65標準，可承受從122cm高度的跌落，同時符合MIL-STD-810G標準，因此可確保強有力的抗振性。
該設備採用Intel® Pentium/Celeron處理器，支持Windows 10 IoT。它具有板載4GB DDR3L內存和64GB eMMC存儲器，並可通過內部迷你卡插槽添加額外的512GB mSATA存儲器。
這款平板電腦配備了200萬像素的前置攝像頭和帶閃光燈的800萬像素後置攝像頭。它具有2D條碼、智能卡和NFC讀卡器，並且可以定制以包含磁條讀取器。多個USB 3.2 Gen 1和USB 2.0端口以及micro HDMI、COM和LAN連接埠可實現更強大的功能並連接外圍設備。
