最新RTC-1020以同樣高規強固外殼設計下，速度更快，性能更佳，功能也更優化。RTC-1020在電池容量、螢幕亮度、無線網路支援、相機畫素及處理效能等各方面都作了升級，可在任何環境，像是建築工地和飛機機棚等，穩定而不間斷地使用。兼具強固耐用、實用及強大功能的RTC-1020，可以可靠而高效率地管理跨領域的各項專案。
◆ 1.5x 電池容量
RTC-1020可選配兩顆51.1W鋰電池，電池容量達前一代的1.5倍。另外熱插拔功能方便使用者在不需斷電的情況下進行電池更換。
◆ 6顆實體功能鍵
在建築工地等現場作業，為求使用者友善，RTC-1020配備了六顆實體按鍵。為了滿足像庫存盤點等特殊場域的不同需求，當中的三顆鍵是可作自定義的。
◆ 陽光下可視800 Nit螢幕
對於一款實用的強固型平板電腦來說，戶外環境下最重要的就是螢幕亮度。對此，RTC-1020配備了清晰的800 nit TFT LCD螢幕，防止眩光並確保陽光下的可讀性。
◆ 超高清圖像處理
RTC-1020的前鏡頭從前一代RTC-1010的2MP提升至5MP，後鏡頭仍維持8MP。鏡頭畫素的提升，非常適合用於像實地勘察等需要蒐集高清圖像的相關應用。
◆ 預裝LTE模組
由於RTC-1020通過RED認證，在出廠前可預裝LTE模組，不僅方便客人進行現場網路即時連接，同時更縮短交貨時間。
◆ 升級的Wi-Fi頻寬
前代產品僅能支援Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n，藉由增加Wi-Fi 2和5，RTC-1020將Wi-Fi速度和頻寬大幅優化至Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac。
◆ Intel®第11代Core™
RTC-1020採用Intel®第11代Core™處理器，透過Intel®Hyper-Threading技術提供4核和8線程的高性能運算力，非常適合機械維修等複雜應用。
